By accessing, browsing, using, or registering for PokeNexus you acknowledge that you have read, agree, and understood the following terms, including future modifications. If you do not agree or understand all of these terms, then you may not access or use PokeNexus in any way.

4. Eligibility
PokeNexus is not available to persons under the age of 13 (unless granted permission by a parent or legal guardian) or to anyone suspended or removed from PokeNexus by PokeNexus. You acknowledge that each PokeNexus account may be used by only 1 person.
5. Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or property interest in any account or information stored on a PokeNexus system or server, including but not limited to, PokeNexus accounts, donation credits, and any in-game currency or items.
6. Messaging and Chat
PokeNexus accepts no responsibility in regards to the content of any messages, posts, private messages, or other means of communication within PokeNexus. PokeNexus does not endorse and has no control over the content of messages submitted by others to the forums or game client. Messages are not reviewed prior to them being posted or sent. PokeNexus reserves the right to prevent members from submitting content to the forums or game chat and to edit, restrict or remove such messages for any or no reason at any time. You acknowledge that PokeNexus may store any means of communication within PokeNexus (chat messages, private messages, forum posts, etc) at any time, for any reason. This stored information will only be revealed to legal authorities or in a case where PokeNexus believes doing so will protect the privacy or safety of you or others.
7. Prohibited Uses
Any use of PokeNexus other than for private, non-commercial use is prohibited. You acknowledge you will not use PokeNexus for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use PokeNexus in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other member's use and enjoyment of PokeNexus. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to PokeNexus, or any part of them, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to PokeNexus, or any part of them, through any means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through PokeNexus. You agree neither to modify PokeNexus in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of PokeNexus.
8. Virtual Currency and Donations
During your time on PokeNexus you may accumulate in-game money, donation credits, and virtual goods. These are fictional currencies only to be used within PokeNexus, and have no real world value. You may, in PokeNexus's sole discretion, exchange donation credits or in-game cash for items, services, or access to other specific content not otherwise available. The items, services or access to other content not otherwise available without donation credits or in-game cash may be discontinued or modified at any time by PokeNexus at its sole discretion.

PokeNexus may include links to other web sites or services as a convenience to members. PokeNexus does not endorse any such linked sites, nor the information or services provided by those sites. Accessing these linked sites is done so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that PokeNexus shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your use of any linked site.
10. Termination
You agree that PokeNexus, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your (or any part of) account. This includes any and all virtual currencies, in-game items (virtual goods), and donation credits. You agree that PokeNexus may do so without any prior notice.
11. Disclaimers
PokeNexus and any third party software or services made available with PokeNexus are provided "as is", "as available" without warranties of any kind. PokeNexus do not warrant that the functions contained in PokeNexus will be error-free, uninterrupted, that bugs or defects will be corrected, or that PokeNexus will be free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall PokeNexus be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PokeNexus, even if a PokeNexus authorized representative has been notified or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

2. Prohibited Conduct - Forum and Game Rules
By using or accessing PokeNexus you agree not to:
- spam, which includes messages which make no sense, the same message over and over again, or any other messages which may disrupt other users experience on PokeNexus.
- swear or bypass the swear filters.
- insult, harass, stalk, or make any sort of derogatory comments that could make another player feel uncomfortable.
- encourage rule breaking of any kind.
- use more than 1 account at a time to exploit game mechanics.
- scam, lie during trades, or deceive other users for your own advantage.
- sell, trade, or buy PokeNexus accounts or items. You may also not trade any virtual currency or items for anything outside of the game, as this is not your property and has no real world value.
- share or convince others to share their PokeNexus password.
- use any automated scripts, bots, macros, or third party software without consent from a PokeNexus Administrator.
- exploit any bug, glitch, or game mechanic. This includes using a game mechanic for anything other than the purpose it was designed for. If you believe to have a found a glitch or exploitable game mechanic, please message a staff member (privately).
- impersonate staff, or any other person you aren't.
- disrespect staff members.
- advertise or make unsolicited or inappropriate offers.
- post or distribute any content that contains software viruses or other code intended to damage or interfere with any software, hardware, equipment, system, data, or other information of PokeNexus or any third party.
- discuss, promote, or depict any form of child sexuality, abuse, exploitation, or related topics that may threaten the security of a child or minor.
- decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or reverse engineer any PokeNexus source code or security features.

You may, in PokeNexus's sole discretion, exchange donation credits or in-game cash for items, services, or access to other specific content not otherwise available. The items, services or access to other content not otherwise available without donation credits or in-game cash may be discontinued or modified at any time by PokeNexus at its sole discretion.
Additionally:
- You acknowledge you have no right to transfer any virtual goods or currencies within PokeNexus for anything outside of PokeNexus. You acknowledge that PokeNexus is not required to ensure that donation credits are distributed when a donation takes place.
- You acknowledge that donation credit estimates for donations are non-guaranteed estimates which may be given for a donation and that PokeNexus has no obligation to ensure that the amount of donation credits quoted to you during the donation process is credited to your account.
- You acknowledge that virtual goods and currencies within PokeNexus are property of PokeNexus, and that PokeNexus reserves the right to modify, remove, or add virtual goods or currencies, including donation credits, to any account, at any time, for any or no reason.
- You acknowledge that all donations made to PokeNexus are non-refundable and in the case of an unauthorized chargeback your account(s) will be terminated.
- You acknowledge that in the case of account termination that donations, virtual goods, and in-game currencies will not be refunded.
- You acknowledge that you may not under any circumstances initiate a chargeback or dispute via a third party payment processor without PokeNexus's express written consent. Doing so is a violation of this agreement and may result account termination and/or legal action.
9. Third Party Sites and Services
PokeNexus may include links to other web sites or services as a convenience to members. PokeNexus does not endorse any such linked sites, nor the information or services provided by those sites. PokeNexus makes no express or implied warranties with regard to the information, material, products, or services that are contained on or accessible through linked sites. Accessing these linked sites is done so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that PokeNexus shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your use of any linked site.
10. Termination
You agree that PokeNexus, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your (or any part of) account. This includes any and all virtual currencies, in-game items (virtual goods), and donation credits. You agree that PokeNexus may do so without any prior notice.
